Here are the answers to the most common and important questions that our members ask us.

 
  • Yes, you need to be a member to use the gym and all personal training. Please click here to learn more about our memberships.

  • You can simply call the reception and one of our staff members can advise on availability, alternatively we have an app that can be found here* to download.

  • Yes, all of our recovery services on the ground floor are open to non-members.

  • Yes, we have packages available for all of our services.

  • Traditionally treatments last for 60 minutes but this depends on which services as some may differ.

  • We are open from Monday - Friday | 6:30am to 9:00pm. Saturdays and Sundays | 9am to 6pm, including Bank Holidays.

  • For all recovery services, we suggest comfortable loungewear. Exercise gear and trainers are a must for the gym, and bathing suites recommended for infrared sauna sessions. We provide all you need and personal protective equipment for Cryotherapy and Float, including clean towels and comfy bathrobes.

  • To ensure your comfort and safety, you will need to complete our guest waiver form before use of any of the services.

  • We do not currently have a price list available. Please contact the team on our contact page and we will happily discuss membership prices with you.

  • We have a 24 hour cancellation policy on all of our services.
